What is a good ultrasound gel?

Why is bubble-free important?

Can the IPL gel be colored?

IPL is the contact material used for laser hair removal. In the case of the laser, it is important that it is colorless so that the laser beam does not deviate.

Can the ultrasound gel be used for IPL treatments?

In principle, yes, but IPL gels have a higher viscosity, so their use during the treatment is more effective.

What dye is in the colored gels?

Colorless and colored gel are of the same quality. The tinted gel contains food-grade food dyes that do not damage the ultrasound head.

Is it possible to disinfect the ultrasound head with an alcohol wipe?

It is not advisable to use alcohol wipes for cleaning, because alcohol can damage the ultrasound head or the protective layer on the head, the repair cost of which can be thousands of USD.

What is the difference between ECG spray and gel?

- EKG gel: due to its salt content, it has higher conductivity and gives a better signal quality when taking an EKG recording than, for example, the ultrasound gel. - ECG spray: thanks to the alcohol in it, it provides significantly better signal transmission. It is not necessary to wipe the gel from the Patient's chest and limbs. - During an ECG examination, if we are working with a non-disposable electrode, it can also be used for a suction device.

- RF Gel: During radio frequency use, due to the high energy consumption, the viscosity of the gel is low/not enough to prevent skin burns. - RF Cream: very thick, high-viscosity material, protects the skin surface during the examination.

- It can be used during warm therapy to reduce the symptoms of colds, frostbite, and colds, and inflammation of the forehead and sinuses.
