FAQ

How do I order?
Orders can be placed via e-mail, fax or on our web shop. Please pay attention to giving the correct contact details (Email address and telephone number are
mandatory).
In case your order is placed through our web shop, registration is not required.
Registration is recommended though to be able to keep track of your order. By
clicking on the desired products, the items can be added to your shopping cart.
At the menu, you can check and modify the content of your shopping cart by clicking on the relevant button.
Once you are ready with selecting the desired items, you can proceed to the
checkout, where you can specify the billing and shipping address, and to double check or modify your contact details.
Here you can select the payment and shipment method also.
After reading and accepting the terms and conditions, click on the ‘Send order’ button, or go back to your shopping cart.
Once the order has been placed, an automatic email will be sent to your email
address, in which you will be asked to confirm your order.
Here you can once again check your details and the items to order.
Please, by all means wait until our colleagues get in touch with you. Our Customer care will send you a written confirmation generated by our financing system, which will include the details of your order: the details of the Customer, the name, quantity and price of the items ordered, and the minimum cost of logistics.
Should you not request any changes in the order details within 24 hours, your order will be taken as finalised.
In case the desired item is not on stock and you chose the personal collection, you will be notified as soon as the item has arrived.
Ultragel Hungary 2000 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse already confirmed orders, partly or entirely.
A partial performance is feasible only when agreed by the Customer.

When and how can I request a customised offer?
Our all partners are given a customised offer.
To request a customised offer, click on the ‘Request a customised offer’ button, or contact our Customer care team.

How long does it take to process my order?
The processing of orders takes place between 8:00-16:30 on working days. In case your order is placed outside these hours, it will be processed on the following working day.
You can modify your order in writing before the shipment.
Once the order has been handed to the courier or transporter, it cannot be modified any longer.
With any quality concerns or replacement demands please contact our Customer care team.

What shipment methods can I choose from?
The goods can be either collected at our premises, or to your convenience, delivered by a courier service.
The cost of the delivery is to be settled by the Customer. The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the goods.
With furniture, we charge a customised price, of which you will be inforemd in the order confirmation e-mail.

Where can I collect my order?
Personal collection is possible at our premises (1023 Budapest, Bécsi út 4.) in our opening hours )Monday-Friday, between 8:00-16:30, except for national public holidays, or at our site in Csepel (1211 Budapest, Tekercselő utca 12.), in opening hours (8:00-15:00 on weekdays).
At our premises we accept cash payment only, card payment is not possible at the moment.

Payment methods:
Collect on delivery: The goods should be settled in cash, once delivered by the
courier, which is an extra 500 HUF.
Personal collection: The goods should be settled by cash upon collection at our premises.
Bank transfer: The order can be settled by bank transfer based on the prepayment invoice issued an sent to you. The total of the invoice includes the price of the items ordered, the shipping cost and VAT.
In the transfer notice, please always put the number of the invoice received.
The shipment can be launched only after the transferred amount has been registered on our bank account.

Is there a fee for the shipment?
The default cost is 2000 Ft (including VAT) up to 40 kg. Should the weight of the parcel exceed 40 kg, an extra cost will be charged and invoiced.

With what delivery period can you take my order?
The delivery period in case of items on stock is 2-4 working days from receiving our automatic confirmation e-mail, otherwise 7-30 days. The exact date will be e-mailed to you once it is specified.
Should we not be able to keep to this date, you will be notified of the new date via telephone or e-mail.

Is there an offer bound?
The price of the products shown below each items are gross amounts and are given in HUF.
The prices include VAT, but do not include shipping cost.
For any products ordered through our web shop, we can only take price warranty for quantities being on stock.

What rights do I have if I wish to withdraw from the order?
According to the 45/2014. (II.26.) Government regulations about the contract
between the distant parties, the Customer can withdraw from the contract and send back the goods within 14 days from the purchase without any justification.
In case of withdrawal, Ultragel Ltd. refunds the cost of the items ordered, together with the shipping cost immediately, or in 14 days from the cancellation.

How can I exercise my rights of withdrawal?
The Customer or the person appointed by the Customer can exercise their rights of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the order.
Should you wish to exercise your rights of withdrawal, you can do so in writing to one of our contact addresses (e-mail, by post or fax) and via phone by contacting the person responsible for orders.
Please return the goods by post or by a courier service to the premises of Ultragel Ltd., together with the invoice, the original packaging, and all accessories within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
Please note, that all costs emerging from returning the goods must be covered by the Customer, and Ultragel will not accept any packages sent with collect on delivery.
Please take extra care of proper use of the products, as the damages caused by the improper use are to be covered by the Customer.
Ultragel Ltd. will refund the cost of purchase to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Expiry date and warranty
Ultragel Ltd. provides expiry and warranty conditions according to current legislations and the conditions provided by the manufacturer;
in addiction to the supplier’s responsibility the law of 2013/V about the Civil Code, the law of 151/2003 (IX. 22) about the mandatory warranty on certain durables, and the law of 19/2014 (IV. 29.) NGM  about the expiry and warranty conditions concerning goods traded on terms of the agreement between the Customer and the Supplier apply.
